Toasted Coconut and Toffee Cookies

It’s no surprise that when a cookie gets brought into our home, it doesn’t last very long. So when I have new favorites that get gobbled up even faster, it has to be a must-share! I first had a version of these from Hy-Vee (our local grocery store), and well as you can guess I didn’t care for it much. So what did I do? Make it of course!

Decedent Butter Pecan Cookies

Let’s face it. There is no other season that gives us such amazing food…so let the baking (and eating) continue! We have all had pecan pie, even butter pecan ice cream but for me – it needed to be in cookie form. I was hoping to get something so decedent and delicious, you instantly regret eating it, but then turn around and have 3 more. I hoping that this cookies does that for you!

Fall Apple Crisp

Fall is just about here, and this is one of America’s desserts so lets get cookin’! This amazing crisp will make you and your family fall in love with fall all over again!

Skinny French Vanilla Donuts

Okay. Be honest, I don’t know anyone who doesn’t like donuts. For me, I may like them a little but too much. Sugar. Bread. Delish! But lets also be honest about the fact that they are not that healthy for you. Luckily, I have a recipe for you that will make the guilt slightly disappear! Even better, these are just in time for all of your fall company!

Buttermilk French Toast

Okay, lets be honest. Who doesn’t love a great french toast? Most of the recipes that I have tried have not been that great and I finally figured out why: they ask for milk! I mean, these were so good, you didnt even need to add butter, although when its adding a dollop of butter ever a bad thing? But as you can see, its pictured without it!

Garlic and Rosemary Oven Roasted Chicken

This past weekend, I made this delicious chicken that I just had to share with you guys! And the best part is, it was VERY simple with very few ingredients! And the best part is, it can be put into your oven on a timer and forgotten about!
